Council moves forward agenda item 17 for consideration of by-Laws 14 of 2024, and 15 of 2024.

the Village of Point Edward supports the undertaking of further investigation of a restructuring of the Lambton Area Water Supply System (LAWSS) Board as a Municipal Service Corporation, and THAT the General Manager of LAWSS be directed to report back findings of the restructuring investigation at a future Council Meeting.

Council adopt the Water Finbancial Plan based on a 5% Annual water rate increase.
