Council authorize the purchase of the proposed Decontamination Unit using funds from the Contingency Reserve (01-4000-0010) and THAT upon receiving funds from the grant they be replaced into the Contingency Reserve.(01-4000-0010)

the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) consult with Lambton Public Health and the Sarnia Humane Society regarding their opinions on the potential discontinuation of the dog licensing program in the Village of Point Edward, and THAT if the CAO determines that there are no substantial reasons to continue the dog licensing program, he will amend the proposed by-law and present it to Council for approval.

the Council Budget meeting be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, and THAT the final Council meeting for the year be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

the Conference Travel Policy be adopted as amended, and THAT this updated policy be retroactive to August 1, 2025.

By-Law 24 of 2025, Being a By-Law to Confirm the Resolutions of Point Edward Council which were adopted up to and including September 23, 2025, be READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD TIME and FINALLY PASSED on this day, September 23, 2025.
