the Environmental Services proposed budget be approved as amended, and that the Environmental Services Committee review the design, scope and location of a building required at the Wastewater Treatment Plant and THAT revenue and Expenses be included in the 2022 Budget to enable funds to be borrowed in order to facilitate this building and THAT the Committee report back to Council for final approval to proceed with the construction of this building.
