the Chief Administrative Officer/Clerk be authorized to enter into an agreement with the owner of 411 Michigan Avenue for the purpose of operating a Home Occupation, with the following conditions: No person other than a member of the household unit and not more than two (2) persons not residing on the premises shall be employed. There shall be no open storage on the property for the baking catering business. The baking business shall only be used for the purpose of catering baked goods to another location. The owner of the home occupation must show proof of insurance, health inspection, and fire inspection approval prior to the operation of the business.
